When will I receive the content?
We make every effort to deliver high-quality content, that is why our turnaround time ranges from 24-72 hours. In special cases we can promise a 24 hour rush job – feel free to ask.
Can I reschedule my shoot?
Of course! There is no charge to reschedule your shoot, up to the day of that appointment. Any appointments rescheduled on the day of (within 24 hours of shoot), will be subject to a $50 surcharge.
How will I receive my content?
You will be provided your very own dropbox link where all of your content will be stored securely and available for you to download. Copyright-free of course!
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refunds will be provided up to 24hrs before before your scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations within 24hrs of appointment time will result in a $50.
What do I need to do to prepare for my shoot?
Prepare the property as if you are holding the space for an open house. Please turn on all the lights and ensure space is tidy and ready to be on the internet. We also request that the space be completely vacant and free of any people or pets for the duration of the shoot.
